The 2024 Corolla 1.8L Hybrid, on sale in China since July 2024, offers the widest choice of hybrid trims in the range: Pioneer, Elite and Flagship. All three use the 8ZR-FXE 1.8-litre engine and 70 kW motor (101 kW combined) with an E-CVT, on the 4,635 mm body and 2,700 mm wheelbase. WLTC combined consumption runs from 4.06 L/100 km (Pioneer) to 4.28 L/100 km (Flagship). The Flagship is the best-equipped Corolla hybrid of its generation, with a 12.3-inch full-LCD instrument cluster, heated front seats, power driver seat, leatherette upholstery, split-folding rear seats and 17-inch wheels. For importers, the 2024 model year is often where the best stock availability and pricing sit as the 2026 facelift arrives — ask sales which trims and colours are currently in stock.
